Send a message to all participants

1. Do one of the following:
   • Navigate to the live event in Brightspace Capture Portal and then, in the live event's chat room Chat tab, in the Send a regular message text box, enter your message.
   • In Brightspace Capture Software or Web Capture's recording interface, click the  Messages icon and then click the  Send a regular message icon.
2. Press Enter.
