Unblock a participant from chat

Do one of the following:
- Navigate to the live event in Brightspace Capture Portal and then, in the live event chat attendance list, right-click the name of the user that you want to unblock. Click Unblock.
- In Brightspace Capture Software or Web Capture's recording interface, click the Users icon and then right-click the name of the user that you want to unblock. Click Unblock.
Click Yes.
