Although you can assign the Can View and Manage access control to users or groups with Public or Basic roles, these roles' permissions do not allow users access to the Admin area in Brightspace Capture Portal or Brightspace Capture Central. The Can View and Manage access control does not take effect until users or groups with Public or Basic role permissions are promoted to a Publisher level or higher. |
