Enable users to access future and past courses

1. As an administrator in Brightspace Learning Environment, select Admin Tools.
2. In the Admin Tools menu, under Security, select Roles and Permissions.
3. From the Administrator drop-down menu, select Edit Settings.
4. Under Course Access Options, Select the Access Future Courses checkbox and/or the Access Past Courses checkbox.
5. Click Save and Close.

Note: If a user has less than 12 current enrolments, future courses automatically appear in the My Courses widget.
