Relationship between Brightspace Learning Repository and Brightspace Learning Environment permissions

The permissions in Brightspace Learning Repository trust permissions are controlled by permissions of the same name in the Roles and Permissions tool. A user needs to have the same permission in both places, the trust and the Roles and Permissions tool in Brightspace Learning Environment, to access the functionality.
