Delete evidence from a learner portfolio
In some cases, you may need to delete evidence from a learner’s portfolio. Some reasons might be because the learner took a poor-quality picture, or because they added pictures of things that were not intended for their portfolio.
- Log in to Brightspace Learning Environment.
- From the course selector or course tiles, navigate to your course.
- From the navbar, click Portfolio.
- Do one of the following:
- If the evidence was already approved, on the Class Portfolios tab, browse to the learner portfolio.
- If the evidence has not been approved, on the Approve Evidence tab, browse to the learner.
Note: If you delete un-approved evidence, it is permanently deleted.
- From the evidence tile, click the (...) Options menu and select Delete Evidence.
