About Advanced Data Sets

Advanced Data Sets are a package of several of the data sets served by the Data Hub tool. They are comprised of more complex data sets that join and aggregate data across multiple tables from Brightspace Learning Environment.

Advanced Data Set: All Grades

About

The All Grades data set returns the grades for all gradable items for all learners in course offerings.

Note: Course offerings must be the direct or indirect children of a specific org unit.

For example, you can export all grade items for:

all course offerings in a specific department
all course offerings in a specific semester
a specific course offering
