Managing grade schemes

Edit a grade scheme

1. On the Schemes page, click on the name of the grade scheme you want to edit.
2. Edit the fields as desired.
3. Click Save.

Note  You cannot edit some of the properties of a grade scheme if a Selectbox grade item is using it.

Set a default grade scheme

Click the Set As Default icon beside the grade scheme you want to make the default.

Copy a grade scheme

1. Click Copy from the More Actions button.
2. Select the appropriate grade scheme.
3. Enter a New Scheme Name for the copy.
4. Click Copy.

Delete a grade scheme

1. Click Delete from the More Actions button.
2. Select the check box beside the grade scheme you want to delete.
3. Click Delete.

Note  You cannot delete a grade scheme that is in use.
