Editing tool help for a course offering

Most course related tools are associated with a help description to assist users with the basics of how to use the tool. Access help by clicking Help on the navbar.

You can create custom help for your course. For example, you decide to add a requirement to only accept dropbox submissions in OpenDocument format. You can add this requirement to the help description for the Dropbox tool.

Edit tool help

1. Click Help Management in the Admin Tools widget or from the Admin Tools menu on the minibar.
2. On the Edit Tool Help page, click the Edit Tool Help icon beside the tool you wish to edit.
3. Modify the help text.
4. Click Update to save your changes.
5. To exit the pop-up window, click Close Window.
