Edit a category

1. On the Manage FAQ page, click on the category you want to edit.
2. Make your changes.
3. Click Save.

Edit a question

1. On the Manage FAQ page, click on the question you want to edit.
2. Make your changes.

   Note  If you want to change the question’s category, select the desired category from the Category drop-down list.

3. Click Save.

Edit multiple questions

1. On the Manage FAQ page, select the check boxes beside the questions you want to modify.
2. Click Edit at the top of the Category/Question list.
3. Make your changes to the categories, questions, and answers.
4. Click Save.

Preview an FAQ

1. On the Manage FAQ page, click Preview from the More Actions button. You can select a Category from the drop-down list to view questions in a specific category.
2. Click Close to end the preview.

Reorder questions or categories

1. On the Manage FAQ page, click Reorder from the More Actions button.
2. From the drop-down list in the Sort Order column, select the position in the list where you want each category or question to appear. Categories are ordered relative to each other; questions are ordered within each category.
3. If the questions in a category are not visible, click the Expand icon beside the category, or click Expand All at the top of the list.
4. Click Save.

Delete a category or question

On the Manage FAQ page, click Delete from the context menu of category or question you want to delete.

Note  Deleting an FAQ category also deletes all the questions in that category.

Delete multiple questions

1. On the Manage FAQ page, select the check boxes beside the questions that you want to delete.
2. Click Delete at the top of the Category/Question list.
