Viewing resources

LiveRoom enables users to share resources such as web pages, pictures, equations, and drawings using the Canvas/Resource viewer. Moderators may use resources to illustrate a point during a lesson, guide participants through tasks, or to allow users to work on a problem collaboratively.

A list of shared resources appears in the Presentation explorer. Check the Browse Type set by the Moderator to see how you can view the resources.

LiveRoom has two Browse Type settings for participants:

• Follow The moderator controls what you see in the Canvas/Resource viewer.
• Free You can view and switch between resources at any time.

To view and switch between resources:

• Double-click the name of the resource you want to view in the Presentation explorer
• Select the resource from the drop-down list above the Canvas/Resource viewer.
