On the main Dropbox page, click the name of the dropbox folder.
Click the Leave Feedback link for the user you want to evaluate. (If you have already left feedback, this link is changed to Feedback Left and clicking it takes you to the same page.)
In the Objective-based Assessment section at the bottom of the page fill in the associated rubric.
