Asking a question

The question feature allows you to ask a question outside of the Chat window so that you don’t interrupt a lesson or presentation. The session moderator can answer the question privately or publicly at the appropriate time.

Ask a question

1. Click on the Ask question icon at the bottom of the Room Members list.
2. Select a person to send the message to from the Ask drop-down list.
3. Type your question in the Question field, and click Create.

Notes

You can make a question anonymous or request that the answer be kept private by clicking the appropriate check box in the Ask Question window.

When the moderator answers your question, their response is displayed in the Chat window.
