Setting LiveRoom permissions

The Roles and Permissions tool is an administration area for setting up roles and permissions for users at your organization. Permissions are set by role for each Desire2Learn eLearning Suite tool that your organization uses.

Set LiveRoom permissions

1. Select the Roles and Permissions link in the My Admin Tools widget on My Home.
2. Select the role that you want to set permissions for.
3. Select the LiveRoom link in the Tools widget.
4. Use the check boxes to set what permissions the role should have at each org unit level.
5. Click Save.
