Viewing session archives

LiveRoom keeps an archive of all chat room sessions. The archive contains a transcript of messages posted to the Chat window. It does not contain individual questions or answers, whispered messages, or resource activity.

Access session archives

1. Click on the Archives icon next to the room on the Room List page.
2. Click the link next to the session date you want to view.

Print session archives

1. From the View Archive page, click the Print Archived Session icon.
2. Print using your browser’s print options, and close the page.
